I purchased this on an auction site from the city of Cleveland.  When I picked it up, I was told that they had it running prior to listing it.  I cannot get it to run.  I didn’t spend a whole lot of time trying – maybe 1/2 hour.  It spins over and puffs smoke, but will not fire.  It’s not something that I want to spend a lot of my time on, so I am dropping the price.  Make an offer.

MT4 trackless.  It has a continental TMD-27, 2.7-liter diesel engine.  It runs but has a hydraulic leak.  The leak is coming from the bellhousing area and is definitely hydraulic and NOT engine oil.  It will need a good amount of TLC.  The throttle cable is seized up, but the fuel shut off works.  The snow blower is in very good condition, but the snowplow bottom edge is beat up, but usable. All 4 tires look like they might be old, but also look like the tread is almost new.
Also comes with a brand-new spare tire mounted on a brand-new wheel.  Also comes with an additional brand-new wheel, still in the factory box.
