This is a Small Mounted Antique Seated Wood Buddha
Figure from Thailand.  The size of the Buddha’s head is greatly exaggerated and has a whimsical smile on his face.  This old piece was purchased in Thailand in the late 1960’s / early 1970’s by my father who was an antique dealer in Penang, Malaysia at the time.
Please review the pictures closely in regards to the overall condition of this Buddha figure.  The tip of the figure’s right ear broke off at some point in the past. There is felt attached to the bottom of the base in order to protect the surface of any display table.
